I bought this back in April 2024… now it will not charge. I've connected to both my outlets and power strips, I've attempted with both adapters that are provided and even changed the settings. It will not charge.

Okay, it was delayed for like 3 days then it was placed on hold, after that it finally came and I actually love it. The value is actually so good, I got it for 79 dollars, it works really well and fits in my hand perfectly!

Sometimes it's better to just get the newest model, also this device had a lot of problems and defects and connectivity issues.

The heating element wore down really fast. Really easy to use. It sometimes overheats if used for too long.

The iTeraCare is longer and heavier than the generic version I've been using and the result is incredibly uncomfortable. It feels like it's trying to actively flip over the top of my hand as I use it. The weird weight and leverage puts more strain on my wrist and leads to discomfort and worse experience. Read more

I used my iTeraCare for the first month after purchase. I did use it pretty heavily. Pretty early on it started to glitch and turn off randomly, but that could always be corrected by unplugging and plugging back in. Read more
